Screaming Rabbit!

Hey Guys!

I was watching pet videos the other day, and one video that popped up as 'suggested' was called 'Screaming Rabbit.'  Well, with a title like that, you just have to click on it, right???  So, I did.  It is probably one of THE FUNNIEST videos I have EVER seen.  I have probably watched it over 100 times now (I am seriously not exaggerating, ask anyone in my family :).  My family is getting annoyed with me, but I laugh so hard every time, I can't even laugh!  Does that ever happen to you?  It totally happens to me all the time!!!  I wanted to show you the video, because it is JUST SO FUNNY!!!!!  Enjoy!

I'm laughing so hard right now!!!!  Ok... calming down.  I LOVE THIS RABBIT!!!!

And, uh, yes, I realize that it is not really the rabbit screaming, but, I mean, it is just so funny!!!!

What do you think?  Have you found any hilarious videos lately?

Have a great day!

Happy 14th Birthday, Claire!!

Happy Birthday to my very special friend Claire!  I hope that you are having a wonderful day!  You are such a great friend, and I miss you so much!  I hope to see you soon! (Please check out her YouTube Channel here.  She is super creative, and she does AMAZING videos! :)

Aaaaaaaah.  It's finally the weekend.  FINALLY!!!!!  WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN, WEEKEND?????  YOU'VE BEEN HIDING FROM ME!!!!!!!  Haha.  This week has been exhausting for me.  Anybody feeling the same way????  I am just feeling totally over done.  But, it's not over yet, because I still have two (yes, two) Algebra lessons left.  Uuuuuuuuuugh.  Plus, today, we have a big shopping day.  And I'm not talking about clothes, or anything FUN; I'm talking about groceries.  Since we don't live nearby big stores like Wal-Mart, Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc. we have to make BIG shopping days about once a month.  Let's just say I am NOT EXCITED.  Oh well... what can I say?  It's an unfortunate part of life.  But, aside from that, I SHOULD have a nice Sunday.  I pretty much plan on skiing, or just doing NOTHING.  I haven't gotten to do that for a good 5 days.  And now it's going to be 6.

Ok, I'm done ranting now. =P

I had a good week, it was just tiring.  I actually got to go skiing on Thursday, which was fun.  The only thing was that my hands got TOTALLY frozen!!!!  I don't know why, but it was very painful.  They literally had to thaw out, and it HURT.  So, when we go to Costco today, we are going to get the 100 pack of hand warmers.  Yay!!!  We got some to try out last year, never used them, and just tried them out a few weeks ago.  They work SO WELL!!!

Lindsay and I did a video on our YouTube Channel of what we got for Christmas + reviews.  Please check it out here!

The kittens are doing really well, and of course they are super adorable!!!  They are super, super sweet, and the dogs are actually hanging out with them!  They love to be around us, and they play with EVERYTHING!!!!  Kooper still isn't quite sure about them, because he is not used to having other animals be the center of attention.  He still gets a lot of love, but he now has to share the spotlight.  :D  He is being very sweet about it, though.

Our cats are actually acrobats!  We have a ladder that goes up to our loft (playroom) and they have been climbing on it!!!!  It is so funny!!!  Maggie is much more coordinated (and smarter; no offense Jack :), so she is a lot better at it.  Jack is working on it, and he is doing pretty good.  We are trying to train them to do it, and so far, the best lure is the treat bag!

Well, we have got to get to our shopping, so I've got to go.  Have a great day!

Jack and Maggie

Hello!

If you haven't read my last post, this is a "part 2" to that; so you may want to start with yesterday's post. :o)  A little recap if you don't want to read yesterday's post:  We adopted two kittens from a rescue!  My mom and sister drove over 400 miles yesterday to go pick them up.  They are about 6 months old, sweet as can be, and super adorable.  We feel so blessed to have found them.

So...... their names are........ drumroll please.......... Jack and Maggie!!!!!  Isn't that adorable?!?!?!?!  We named them after my great, great grandparents because they were very special people, and they exposed us to our favorite place in the world!  We also think that the names fit the cats quite well, because they are spunky and sweet, and so are their names!

They are rambunctious little cuties, and they love playing with us and each other!  They look like little twinsies.  At first (before we got to know them), it was really hard to tell them apart!  Now, we can, but we still got them little collars with bells on them!  Jack has a blue one, and Maggie has a pink one.  It was really funny, because they could hear the bells and were trying to figure out where the sound was coming from (not realizing it was from them)!  After a few minutes, they were just fine, and have no worries or concerns about a collar or the bell jingling.

They are very sweet and adaptable cats.  When they got home, they got out of the kennel immediately, and acted like they had known us forever.  We love them SO much!

They are in the bathroom right now, and will be for the next few days, so that they continue to get used to their litter box and new family and home, a little at a time.  We are introducing them to the dogs today.  We have a gate at the door, and the door is open, so the cats and dogs can see and smell each other, with the safety and security of a little see through barrier between them.  Jack actually tried to jump over the gate!!!!!  We were very surprised that he was that bold!  We don't want them to come out yet, so we had him get down.  Ok, I'm sure you want to see some pictures!

Aren't they ADORABLE?!?!?!?!  We love them soooooo much! {Jack on the left, Maggie on the right}

Meet Jack!  He is so cute!  We love him so much, and he is such a sweetie!  He loves to be pet, played with, and held!  You can see his little blue collar in this picture.

Meet Maggie!  She is adorable!  She is the more rambunctious one so far, and loves to play!  We love her so much!  You can see her pink little collar in this picture.

Playing with their feather toy.  They are best friends, and LOVE to play together!  {Jack above, Maggie below}

Attacking the feather toy!  {Jack above, Maggie below}

They love to hang out on this bench, and they have a little blanket and bed underneath it.  {Maggie on the left, Jack on the right}

Jack and Maggie.  We love them so much, and they seem like the perfect kittens!

Have a fantastical day!

Some *Extremely* Exciting News!

Hello!

So, we have some *extremely* exciting news!!!!!  But first, a back story.....

We had an AMAZING kitty named Sampson (we called him Sammer).  He was super, super social, and loved absolutely everyone.  He was the best cat we could have ever asked for.  Last August, at the young age of 8, we lost him to a blood clot after he experienced two seizures earlier in the year.  We woke up one morning, and we found him in the bathroom with his back legs paralyzed.  He had a blood clot that was cutting off the blood circulation to his body and the paralysis was just a symptom of that.  There was nothing the vet could do to save him, so had to put him down.  It makes us all super sad just thinking about it.  He was such a sweet, young cat, and we loved him so much.

Now, onto the super duper exciting news!!!!!!  We are getting two kitties!!!!!  We are rescuing two 6 month year old Ragdoll mixes from a rescue about 4 hours away.  My mom and sister are actually driving right now, and my dad and I are preparing for the kittens.  They are an early Christmas present. Isn't this exciting?!?!?!?!?  We are sooooooo happy!  We haven't chosen names yet, because we want to meet them first.  We have several ideas, though!  I will post pictures tomorrow.  I can't wait to meet them!!!!!
